The Old Pines is proud to announce
it has been awarded one AA rosette for its cuisine in 2007.
All our food is home-made using the best local
produce. Trout and salmon, shellfish from Mallaig, Scottish
beef and lamb and Great Glen venison. Wherever possible we
source organic produce for our cooking and are in the process
of developing an organic vegetable garden to provide the best
ingredients for our dishes. We bae our own bread daily and
make all our own ice-cream, bread, desserts, pasta, scones
and shortbread. |
